Delicate, substantial, collectible and functional!  Made in the 1990’s, this heavy hand-blown glass perfume bottle is done in a crystal clear glass, embedded with a brilliant pink and blue flower motif.  Both the stopper and the bottle, are each works of art on their own.  A nice addition to any collector of perfume bottles, or glass paperweights!  Though this one is not signed, because of the date and style, it is potentially made by Joe Rice.
