Return Policy

Maybe it's not quite the right fit. Or the color is the wrong shade. We want you to love it or return it. No matter the reason.

A Vintage Address is here to help you, with our convenient return policy. Our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within seven (7) days of the date you received the package, as long as the garments are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. A refund of the purchase price will be credited back to you. At this time, we do not refund return shipping. A portion of the original shipping charge is refunded, based on the weight of the returned item.

It's simple and easy to make your returns. Just, fill out the return form, that came with your package. Give us the reason for your return and repack the product, along with your return form and original packing slip.  If you don't have your original packing slip, go ahead and send it back to us anyway. It may delay your refund but you will receive it as long as the return conditions, are met.

Once your return is ready to go, ship your merchandise back to us. Once we receive your return, it’s usually processed within a week. The credit will be applied when your return is processed, but may not appear on your credit card billing statement right away.
