This dress, was made somewhere between 1070’s – 1980’s. made by Breli Original, and has the most beautiful floral pattern, brightly colored flowers and leaves, on a pretty navy blue background. The flowers are so bright and colorful, done in various red tones, a rich goldenrod and other shades of yellow, with white highlights. Some of them remind me of roses, others may resemble hibiscus, all delicately entangled in white lace doilies. Such an interesting pattern! It is a shirt waist dress, with darling lapels, three quarter length sleeves, features striking knife pleats on the skirt, and has a matching belt at the waist.
Tags indicate this dress is a size 8. Measured flat across the bust is 20″, the waist is 14.5″ (remember to double that), the belt is 35″ , and the length is 43″.
